Miss Vintage Wedding Affair, my experience...

...The day started with the pouring rain, "not good" I thought, while I was loading the car preparing to go to the fair. I have been looking forward to exhibiting at this fair at Battersea Arts Centre in London for a long time. I knew the interior of the building very well as a few years ago I did a photo shoot there.
What I particularly like in this type of event is the feeling of comradeship amongst the exhibitors. For a few hours you're part of a very big family.
Amelia, the mastermind behind the event, is particularly organised and her marketing strategies are very effective. I'm very pleased to say that despite the dreadful weather (wet, wet, wet!) the Sunday was a happy buzzing experience. I truly admire the effort that everybody puts in, to create an eye-catching stand. Yes, very inspiring indeed. Difficult to remember everybody's name or company, but visually the fair was a real feast.
A big "Thank you" to my dear friend Louise from Gingham Hearts for lending me her flamingo. The real star of my stand. I also need to thank Jo from Josy-Posy for her fabulous flower composition particularly the garland. Last but not least, Lauren from French Made for her beautiful cake, and for driving two hours to deliver it.
